1) The entrance to the club is allowed only to staff members with a card and valid for the current year (to the exclusion of all the free activities open to the public). 
The membership card is issued upon written request and approved by the directors of the association, unless it is renewed.

2) The cost of the card is set by the Provincial Committee of ARCI na year. 
Any change is agreed with the Provincial Committee ARCI NA, which provides different ranges of cost card (for the elderly, children, students).

3) Members of the Association may enter the premises during the hours of institutional activities chosen.

4) All members are required to comply with the rules of civil society and the closing time for domestic activities, but no later than 24:00 hours. 
Members initially fail to comply will be subject to verbal warning by the managers of the Association and in the event of continued non-compliance with this standard will result in the Board of Directors assessment of the Member's suspension.

5) Within the space of the Association and in the immediate vicinity, the member must maintain good behavior of the other Members, persons responsible for the administration of the Association, the neighborhood and structures (without screaming, shouting, damage and as contrary to the aims of the association and the civil life).

6) The spaces of the Association, upon written request to the Executive, can be made available to members for their work (any costs are dependent on them). 
The proposed activities must be compatible with the statutory purposes of the Association.

This regulation was approved by the Board of Directors of Syn on April 11, 2003.

All members are invited to meet the standards required.
